I don't know what Fox News has to do with anything, these court decisions were made in the 60s and 70s, but if it helps you keep your little fantasy world in tack more power to you.

So when the police investigate a crime, determine that the facts and evidence gathered at the crime scene, including at least one eye witness indicate that no crime took place...they should arrest a person and send them to court anyway in fear that if they don't the media will start falsifying evidence?

Really?

That attitude more than anything is why there is such a backlash against Trayvon Martin and his supporters. Trayvon might very well have been the victim of a racially motivated killer that night but even with the police now being heavily leaned on to arrest Zimmerman and prove it, they have still been unable to get the evidence needed to secure an arrest warrant. Neither have the Feds.

If the new standard for arresting and sending someone to court is people "think" that something happened...there will be an awful lot of blacks going to court.
