I used malware bytes in safe mode with networking
Maybe got it out but it's only been a couple mins. Shit is nuts

I can fix this for you but for a fee of course. Internet security 2012 will not destroy your hardrive in fact it is one of the easier viruses to remove.

Maleware bytes does not remove that virus in total, it will remove the popups for about a day or two before the rootkit kicks in and installs the popups once more.
I'd remove the rootkit, fix your registry issues, edit your startup and make sure you av/fw is up to date.
