I'm sorry that you feel your banning was unjust, but you would really want a csr talking to someone claiming to be you about private information on the account when you are not on the account. Your accounts have your address, full name, a credit card, etc... Would you like it if they shared it with someone who claimed to be you? The best thing you can do is email them.

Been there, done that, still don't have any emails or any idea why one of my accounts was banned 3 freakin' months ago. Call on the phone, and you're told .. sorry, we're just the billing department. Call EA directly and get Alex ... who says he'll call you back with information and blows you off.

Yeah, my account was banned almost 3 months ago.. and I STILL have no idea why. What A CROCK OF (fill in your own expletive deleted here)!!!!!

In their own CoC/Eula they say, you'll receive an email with information regarding WHY you were banned and information regarding the investigation into the ban. *yeah right, I haven't received JACK about why my account was banned*

They can't even follow their OWN guidelines and you expect to get an answer from someone that can do something? sorry to do this to ya bud but ...... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA FAT !*(@(!*@ CHANCE!

I've phoned them AT LEAST 10 times. Emailed them close to 10 times. Called Alex and got the ol' song and dance of "I'll call you back in an hour if you don't hear from someone else." <---- yeah BS. Called back again and got the run-around. Emailed them again and got a form letter that did absolutely nothing to explain. Contacted in-game lack-of-support and got the run-around ....... yeah, Mythic Customer Service = LACK OF Service to their LOYAL Customers (Been playing this game since the release of Darkness Rising) and get treated like this? BLAH

are you 100% positive your emailing them from the email address on file with that account?

cause if you read the log the OP posted, the csr says to email from the email on file with that account.

so maybe you changed email accounts, never updated your daoc information and there for never recieved the proper ban letter, and it could be why no-one is responding to your emails because your emailing them from the wrong email account..

When talking to the billing dept, they said they can see where I've sent SEVERAL emails and they were sitting in EA's Spam box from me. She sent the CSR's emails to let them know they were in the spam box and to be sure to get to them asap due to the nature of the requests in them and STILL nothing has been sent to me regarding this account. (I guess GoDaddy automatically adds their website to all outgoing emails and that causes them to get filtered to EA's Spam box) ... can't change that unless I change email accounts that I send from and ... that would negate sending from the account that is linked to the DAOC account.

I love just the automated responses from the CSR.

Honestly, customer service in DAoC is DIRE compared to other games, i.e. WoW.

Literally if i was you i wouldn't bother, just quit the game. No point in paying subs to a game when you can't even get decent support, or any decent ingame action, or any updates or fixes.

Agreed. This is about the most poorly run company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with.

Sounds like someone got wtfpwned for exploiting and came to the VN to rant IMHO.

From my experience, it is really hard to get banned in this game unless you do something so blatantly stupid, that it merits it.

And the CSRs are not there to help you circumvent bans, they are their for ACTUAL in-game issues.
