Sorry to have to point this out to you but you are acting like a tool. I understand that you are upset but it does not matter how upset you are, the process is the process.
DAoC CSRs are not allowed to change the account action (ban) of any other CSR.
To dispute a ban you need to send an email to disputes@darkageofcamelot.com
It does not matter what some well-intentioned person at EA told you. The well-intentioned person/peon at EA can’t arbitrarily change all the rules of how a ban is to be disputed. Just because the uninformed/well-intentioned person/moron/peon from EA does not understand dispute procedures at Mythic, it does not change the DAoC account action dispute procedures.
It does not matter how much you do not want to wait for the email dispute process.
It does not matter now much time you have spent on the phone.
It does not matter what EA says about it.

DAoC CSRs are not allowed to change the account action (ban) of any other CSR. Mythic has a special team (now called the janitor) that investigates and judges disputes. The only way to contact the dispute team is via email to disputes@darkageofcamelot.com
