Sorry to have to point this out to you but you are acting like a tool. I understand that you are upset but it does not matter how upset you are, the process is the process.


DAoC CSRs are not allowed to change the account action (ban) of any other CSR.


To dispute a ban you need to send an email to disputes@darkageofcamelot.com


It does not matter what some well-intentioned person at EA told you. The well-intentioned person/peon at EA can’t arbitrarily change all the rules of how a ban is to be disputed. Just because the uninformed/well-intentioned person/moron/peon from EA does not understand dispute procedures at Mythic, it does not change the DAoC account action dispute procedures.


It does not matter how much you do not want to wait for the email dispute process.

It does not matter now much time you have spent on the phone.

It does not matter what EA says about it.

DAoC CSRs are not allowed to change the account action (ban) of any other CSR. Mythic has a special team (now called the janitor) that investigates and judges disputes. The only way to contact the dispute team is via email to disputes@darkageofcamelot.com

This shows the total lack off logic mythic has. Csr cannot comment about an action taken against your account because you are not currently on it. Kinda difficult when that account is banned :/ best off luck getting access again though.

Suspensions or bans have their own procedures.

"To respond to any Suspension issues, be sure to write to dispute@darkageofcamelot.com for assistance, once the matter has been taken to e-mail, In Game Support will no longer be able to assist you via the Appeal system."

The dispute email is dispute@darkageofcamelot.com and not disputes.
I believe the CSR mistyped the email in his reply.

There is no s in the address.

Eader is correct, the address is dispute not disputes.

When you send in a dispute, your ticket will be thoroughly reviewed by a Customer Service manager, as all disputed tickets are. I understand your frustration at not being able to discuss the issue on a trial account, however the CSR is simply following privacy/account security guidelines.

Please note, any and all in game violations are squarely the responsibility and jurisdiction of the in game Customer Service team. EA Customer Service cannot assist you with these appeals, they answer mostly billing and Tech Support questions.

Man people are so mean to CSR's these days.

Sometimes I just appeal to strike up a conversation with them for as long as possible and give them a break from all the BS crap that they have to put up with all day.
