The dispute email is dispute@darkageofcamelot.com and not disputes.I believe the CSR mistyped the email in his reply.

Thanks for correcting/catching that. I did not verify the address; I just copied from the CSR post.

When you send in a dispute, your ticket will be thoroughly reviewed by a Customer Service manager, as all disputed tickets are. I understand your frustration at not being able to discuss the issue on a trial account, however the CSR is simply following privacy/account security guidelines.


Please note, any and all in game violations are squarely the responsibility and jurisdiction of the in game Customer Service team. EA Customer Service cannot assist you with these appeals, they answer mostly billing and Tech Support questions.

My apologies, I was a bit over the line; however, devs need to be more in touch with the community. Posting a reply to one easy item a month is not community involvement.

hhmm, i think if u got 6 accounts banned at the same time... u had to be doing something very wrong...

the csr sshot you posted looked like the csr was following the rules...


i would love to know the main toons names on those banned accounts tho

Sounds like the original poster got righteously banned and now does not want to man up and accept responsibility for their actions. So they come here and whine and play the victim.

The only people I have ever seen getting banned in this game are those who deserved it. Even Mythic has to take out some of the trash from time to time.

IP addresses are never unique to 1 person, they are fluid and change... one day you might be connected on one IP the next day it could be a new IP ...

so IP bans are NEVER a good idea.. because you ban random people that get the IP address once it gets released from use by you...

so before suggesting a lame practice that 99% of server admins have learned not to do, learn something about how the internet works first.
