No, they can't just "remove all buffs from game." First, do you mean conc buffs or all buffs? If you just remove conc buffs, then classes with self only spec buffs become grossly overpowered. And if you strip all buffs, the game becomes Dark Age of Vampiirs as every other class will be laughably useless compared to them.

It honestly depends on a person's play style. Classic was more skill based where TOA is more money/grind based. Or one could view that Classic was more fun based where TOA is more headache based. It's really all personal preference. On a serious note, I like your idealism on removing buffbots, it would truly make DAOC more enjoyable. But let's be real, it's not going to happen.

I disagree with the OP. I just returned after 5 years my main is a freshly dinged 7L0 hunter I use the realm BB often and solo effectivly I just got a template 1 week ago and with out the template and useing the realm buffs I was able to get alot of RP both Solo and grouped effectivly. Keep the BB npc in game if you dont like those buffs Get a BB or join a guild/group that runs them. Its that simple< PERIOD >
