Albion dominates with #s.

Fixed. Midgard has the most OP classes, people just don't like to play Midgard for some reason. Because any melee setup from Midgard, can roll anything with ease. A caster setup from Alb, will get rolled by anything. And Hib has somewhat of a decent balance between the two, so they make good gank groups to AJ fights between Alb & Mid standoffs.

Alb caster group will get rolled by anything? An Alb caster group is the best setup in this game. All four of their casters have > 1500 range and they have the single best group class in the game - the Theurgist.

skald, valk, BDs, and warlocks are all in albion I guess

Skald & Valk or only powerful in small mans.

For every skald, valk, BD, and warlock there is a reaver, necro, and sorc. Theurg, Wiz, Cab, and Paladin aren't too shabby either.

If there were no skill in DAoC, everyone would play on an equal level.

And they do. Everyone and anyone is capable of getting ANYTHIING anyone else has, and using it the same way. Therefore, no skill is involved. You lose.

The fact that you think you said something clever refuting my statement while in fact strengthening it is humorous to me.

This is all a bit too easy to prove/disprove, and since you're making the claim the burden of proof is on you to show that the Cleric RR5 procs more then the intended 50% proc rate.

Doing anything less and playing theory-craft & "balance by popularism" instead, amounts to a silly "Nerf X!" cry without a leg to stand on.

Anyone whose played a RR5+ Cleric knows it's working as intended, with a 50% proc rate. In fact it was beefed up twice in the past to get to that 50%, so I'm thinking it's unlikely we're going to see a significant change to that now. (Especially not now that Druids & Healers RR5s were boosted with the last patch.)
