Goes off 100% not 50%.
Reuse time needs to be 15mins or duration needs decreased to 5seconds
only people that say this is not true play albion or cleric is main

If you have an Honour in Combat issue with another player, you have PvP tools at youre disposal to take care of it.

Of course those of us with experience with the RA disagree. That's kind of a prerequisite for not talking out of your ass. Give it a try some time.

i knew this guy who played cleric till rr10 and when he came to hib would complain how it was worst rr5 never working untill......he went up against and the qq falls were open for busniess
My experience is against the rr5 IT PROCS STUN EVERY TIME. ok maybe 99% but this is over the course of months against it not just once or twice. the duration or reuse needs changed as stated above yes

I agree seems to work 99% of the time to me...
To add insult to injury, smite...
To add more insult to injury, PvE nuke for Healers rofl...
Yeah it's working as intended alright, because this game has and always will be controlled and designed for the realm of Albion.

You realize Midgard has dominated RvR in this game since Ywain opened, right?

Fixed. Midgard has the most OP classes, people just don't like to play Midgard for some reason. Because any melee setup from Midgard, can roll anything with ease. A caster setup from Alb, will get rolled by anything. And Hib has somewhat of a decent balance between the two, so they make good gank groups to AJ fights between Alb & Mid standoffs.
