First delete the toon you want renamed, second make a toon on your bot account with that name. Third, appeal and say you accidently deleted the wrong toon, when they pull it up and say we can fix it they will try and put it back the way it was. They will come back and say name has been taken, just say like wtf it just happened a few minuted ago. Be all sobby and mad and say well can i get this name (w/e name here). They will do it, boom done. Done it a few times already, works like a charm. Most recently a week and a half ago.

Well might not have worked for him but i did do it and it did work for me in the way that i described above. The CSR did give me an alternate name he was going to change it too. I said can i just get this name, was meaning to delete it anyways instead of the one i accidently did. He said sure. I logged out and back in and it was done. Depends on the CSR i guess. Wouldnt have mattered if i couldnt get a restore anyways, i would have never played the toon if not.

You can also get duplicate names if you know how

I just got 7 appeals deleted in a row w/ no response. all appeals were polite and to the point. Guess i always get the wrong csr

-There will be no enforcement of the usual Honour in Combat polices.
If you have an Honour in Combat issue with another player, you have PvP tools at youre disposal to take care of it.

"The way the name change prompt was setup was very non-user-friendly btw but it should still work I would think.
From memory, when it prompts you for the name change hit backspace a few times to clear out the numbers etc in the name, then rename to suit."
That worked fine for me a few weeks ago.

create an npc and put in the capitol cities by the guild register etc.
allow only 1 time name change per character
charge 50P per name change
