Don't hold your breath waiting for Mythic to reply..it would be fatal.Pets going through tower...keep doors has been written up countless times over the entire lifetime of the game...and Mythic has chosen to ignore this exploit.

I have played DAOC 10 years now, I pay for 10 accounts every month. This is a tiny change, which follows previous additions of altering character face and model size etc.
I do EXPECT them to respond. They may not be able to implement it straight away, but they could tell me when they will do it. After all, it's not game changing in any way, but it will at least make customers happy having characters which are named in accordance with their wishes.

Want to rename your character? Here is how....
First delete the toon you want renamed, second make a toon on your bot account with that name. Third, appeal and say you accidently deleted the wrong toon, when they pull it up and say we can fix it they will try and put it back the way it was. They will come back and say name has been taken, just say like wtf it just happened a few minuted ago. Be all sobby and mad and say well can i get this name (w/e name here). They will do it, boom done. Done it a few times already, works like a charm. Most recently a week and a half ago.

depends on the CSR but as of late not "normally" done that way.

Would not recommend doing this. A "friend" of mine got a hold of my account deleted my Sorc & Scout. I got the Sorc restored, but my Scout (rr6Lx) was not able to be restored because their records did not show it even existed. Just saying.

-There will be no enforcement of the usual Honour in Combat polices.
If you have an Honour in Combat issue with another player, you have PvP tools at youre disposal to take care of it.
