Remove all ywain-taglines (Ywain-2, Ywain-3, etc.). That's it.
If you have realm toons on other ywains, they can get xferred to a new account. Increase your character sheet to span 30 different toons in one realm.
Before all this clustering, all this relic hopping nonsense, people had pride in their realms. This would be a start.
