•Astral Conflagrant Short Sword / Hatchet – the pet these weapons summon has been decreased from level 50 to level 44. Additionally, the defensive spell this pet casts has been changed from a DoT to a direct damage spell..
I got a few questions, this means the pet will only hit once ? Apear hit then vanish ? Or the 2ndary ability of the weapons will be a DD ?

I imagine just one DD spell, since its a nerf but who knows. If they are on a timer then they might fire off a few.

Heh if thats correct, those weapons will be semi-useless , alot of other weapons out there with better stats and better procs then these ... there goes my 700 plats spent on them

There is something deeply wrong with this game if you can justity spending 700plat on any particular pieces of gear...

Real easy made plats bud , never had to buy anything in any game , bought a GFM for 15 plats and made well over 1k plats , its all about luck tbh . Anyway those plats were just layn there after i made them, nothin is worth that much, also all my toons are templated

The problem is that the huge amount of plat needed just to be "competitive" has a negative impact on the game.
For starters it makes it very hard to attract new players and keep them when the bar is set so high. Imagine playing this game for the first time,getting to 50 and then realising you need to put in a massive investment in time to be able to equip your toon just so it doesnt eat dirt every few minutes. Its a very discouraging hurdle for new players.
...and for the people who invest the huge amount of time to get that perfect template it just alienates them when mythic has to tone down the insanely overpowered gear they make...
..ever since Mytic allowed bots,the who has the biggest and baddest toy mentality has sealed this games fate...

I tottaly agree with you , altho 10% of the time spent in ML10 for most of the ones in raid is active , the rest is ... add whatever keeps you busy around the house
I feel bad for the newcomers , its like hitting a brick wall with 200 m/h first time you pvp/rvr , a Dragon fight against even the worst oponent you can find , but with some knowledge of the game.

I FINALLY get ML10 weapons. And you guessed it.... a 2h sword for my arms which I love and a Conflag for my merc! And these tards nerf them! I quit this great game for years because of nerfs in this game. This is by far the best online fantasy game ever. I SO much wish I could buy it and fire these people. I HATE, HATE, HATE NERFS! And so do most of us who play hard and FINALLY get the things (edit).
Then they nerf them. I can not express in words how much I dislike the god syndrome this game has always produced in their developer cultures. And what is amazing is the people who come after developers before them do the Same things and the suits at corporate never hear of it and could care less. Just absolutely amazing....
Just really brilliant (edited but I dont like it...)
Edit: I had to tone this down. Like the game, VN boards has become nerfy and not allow expression of feelings or thought. But IF I could say how much I dislike nerfs and not get banned I would.... Nerf the things I worked so hard to get. Grrrr......
qq more? I have both boi and conflag on my merc and you don't see me crying about it. Nerf was needed, sorry you're butthurt.
