Mythic should consider changing up CV a bit in regards to allowing level 50 under rr5 to be able to go into this BG. It would help people gain realm rank as well as make a nearly dead BG (exception of those who farm the hermit) back like when it was first introduced. Just a two cent post. Any thoughts/suggestions are recommended good or bad any criticism is a good thing.

Removing people from NF is always a bad idea. Much better off just putting in xp quests like they did with other BGs, thereby making CV arguably the best way to get your xp 45-50.
That will bring plenty of people in, increase the chances of CV becoming another stop for those unable to compete in NF (like full-time Molvik and Thid players), providing a base of players to farm as you level your toons to 50, while increasing your RR up to 4L9 before you hit NF.
That would be a better option, imo.

Ive been asking for these bg quests in all bg's since the first ones came out, one has to assume this is the next step.

I agree with the OP.
I think it's really easy for new level 50 players just starting out in RvR to get frustrated by New Frontiers when they get repeatedly owned by RR12s. Changing Cathal to allow 50s under RR5 is a good way to lessen the shock of RvRing at level 50 and I think would actually help player retention.

People already do this. It is called Lab. People take their low ranks to Lab and get to RR5 in a few weeks. We don't need to spread the action out more.
Just put the XP quests in CV.

I really like Cathal Valley to be honest, but I don't think this is a good idea. You don't want to split the population, and even though I don't have any decent RR characters at all, I don't really wish to play with only people under RR5.
Once in a while they used to open it to everyone, it was really quite fun when they did. It's just a good size to run around with an 8 man (or whatever you want) and get into battles quickly, but not so close to the action like Molvik. It's got a bunch of the OF features too, its too bad its never used, but soon they will probably add those BG quests, and who knows maybe it will be a good way to get from 45-50.

Labby is terrible for new players. It's zergier and more ruthless than New Frontiers and has plenty of high RRs.
Also I think it's important to clarify that the OP isnt suggesting that players under RR5 be forced to go to CV. He's just saying they be allowed to.
