Ever play a chanter btw? Or just one of those people who bitch about stun nukes because they don't know how to invest in purge or learn to interrupt?

So now you will burn your purge just to get rooted. Fantastic. Just what casters don't need.
It would be nice if they make Purge put up an immunity timer for like 30 seconds.

It takes a lot of nails to build a crib, but just one screw to fill it.
Everywhere is walking distance if you have enough time.

Is it really April 1st already?

ROFL...I seriously said that to my son as we were reading it all. It's like getting a whole new game, looks like it may be time to roll that Animist that I keep deleting and get back to the fun days of grinding through the levels! Can't wait!

I would root you first, then when you blow purge stun you myself.

I think the Enchanter changes look pretty well thought out. The Root doesn't come for free as it's in the most unpopular line, so even as a subspec you'll have to make some tough decisions.

I think the Bard/Warden changes are spot on too. I bet this was a very tough decision for Mythic to nerf Bards in order to improve Wardens, but it was the right decision IMO. I've been of the opinion for a long time that Bards simply have way too many functions/roles, and I think Hibernia as a whole is better off with a stronger even more group-friendly Warden as a secondary healer. (The Bard can still heal reasonably well, but they didn't need to be a secondary healer on top of primary Speed & CC. It's just too much and also expects too much of the average player to juggle all these roles.) It's going to be rough now fighting Hib groups with a Warden as they're basically a Friar on crack. (PBT, Celerity, resist buffs, caster speed chant, END redux and now big heals too.)

There is a pretty obviously exclusion of Albion in all of this, and I hope that while Mythic is keen on handing out the Friar Heal proc buff to everyone, that they consider giving other similar abilities to Albion to compensate and keep things fair. (Valk DD proc-buff comes to mind. Heretic, Friar, or Paladin will take that one gladly I presume!)

Enchanter baseline root ? Totally not needed. Remove again plz.

Bard Nerf? WTF are you serious. this is like giving hib a little sugar (ench root) but the VERY VERY big whip.
The Bard nerf alone makes this patch unbearable for Hibernia.

Still plenty of things to be addressed such as a working NS DB ability, Caltrops actually working again etc

It's a great sign that they are trying to keep the game alive though and I'm overall very happy with the changes.

The pot charges going to 30 etc and new stat buffs pots etc are a welcomed change

Oh it's baseline! Should be spec in the same line.

Bards are more then fine, this is not a nerf to Hib but a boost by making Wardens a utility powerhouse unmatched in any realm.

These changes are both drastic and plentiful, so IMO it's impossible to call how things will work out in game. Paper DAoC can go either way, but I think the changes look pretty well thought out.
