Not feeling that this is a bard nerf, no one specs that high in regrowth.
The baseline root (yes not spec) on the chanter...probably feeling the waters for removing stun from hib casters.
Giving Ment interrupts (other than pet) finally...WOOT!

you don't have to spec high in regrowth to get the heals. You don't have to be a healing bard to benefit from being able to throw in a 500 delve single target heal, even with low regrowth spec. its a high power consumption heal for when u really need to keep someone alive, now at best a bard will be healing for 250-400, or something like that, depending on their spec.
Those insta stat debuffs do not interrupt.

The (new) UI will show full delve info once but subsequent clicks fail to do anything until you zone or log.

Those Buffbots NPC are beast, cuz you can still have buffs if you jump in a pve area.

Cabbies have lifetap and disease.
Tell you what, give enchanters a Lifetap and disease in Enchantment line and you can have stun. Deal?
