If only someone could have foreseen some of the challenges that would arise from this poorly designed contest . . . .
(well intended but poorly designed and poorly implemented)

This is testing that would benefit the game as well as be more realistic with todays playerbase.
This is a majority of the problem right there. Seems that many players couldn't give a crap unless they are getting a reward (not a gift mind you). Its all about me me me me me, its quite sad really
I don't pay money to someone for a game only to have to do the grunt work myself to test their work for their screw ups.

Stangkilla,
I agree. I test because I think it is fun (I’m just twisted I guess). I pay to have fun, not to do someone’s job.
As long as I find testing fun, I will continue to test from time to time. But I only test from time to time and only if I think it will be fun. It is not my JOB. I play this game as a diversion from a JOB, not because I need another JOB.
The last time I alpha or beta tested:
DOS, never.
Windows 3.1, never.
Windows 95, never.
Windows 98, never.
Windows XP, never.
Windows 7, never.
Android, never.
Kaspersky, never.
Norton, never.
MS Office, never.
McAfee, never.
CPUID HWMonitor, never.
Charplan, never.
Audacity, never.
Photoshop, never.
PhotoScape, never.
Firefox, never.
IE, never.
Avast, never.
Compilers, never.
AutoCAD, never.
Malwarebytes, never.
Fraps, never
Etc. . . .. . . . . .
Sorry but No! Using a completed program that has only a few bugs and finding a challenge during normal use, is not beta testing.
How anyone could think that just because I use (or pay for) a program would/could then mean that I am obligated to give my services as a free beta/alpha tester. . . well that is just weird. Anyone who is so pretentious that they look down on those who do not find beta testing fun (or those who for whatever reason chose to not beta/alpha test). . . . I am glad that they do not run things and that this is still a free country.
