A different perspective...

one day i was on hib quietly farming morgif and a hunter did this to me since I was being rather slow about things...

I thought it was very impressive on his part and made the mental note to stop being lazy and bother to target the last thing and kill it.

Day or two later, I happened upon a 4 man of albs killing morgif, killed them as they were just finishing him too so I got the drop.

Now if he's on your realm it's a dick move and I think technically an appeal is valid because you had started the encounter but if you couldn't /tell him anything then I'm assuming that's not the case and it's doubtful they'd do anything at all anyway.

I don't think it should be appealable.

He landed the killing blow, it's his loot. That's the game we are playing, unfortunately.

If loot stealing is against ToS why would they make a Draco articifier(sp) in capital cities to exchange loot you (stole) from a different realm? (which I don't mind doing thank you macro groups.)

I had some retards do this to me not long ago in CV.

I appealed them, and 2 minutes later I got a reply saying "We received your appeal and are looking into this issue".

Both me and the guys who tried to steal my loot continued to play for about 2 hours. I think I logged before they did, so nothing happened.

Probably because I was lucky enough to get the killing blow anyways. Maybe the csr would have given me my loot if they had actually taken it. But there was sufficient evidence by taking a quick look at combat logs and /region to see that they clearly attempted to steal the kill.
