Last night I was killing a named in Labyrinth and got him to drop Dragon Focal Mythirian. He respawned immediately and so I fought him again for about 5 minutes (I'm a hybrid class). When he's at 1hp and ready to drop I see a nuke envelop him and he dies. I get nothing.

Then on the log I see "(Named) drops a (loot) which Seyji picks up" for several items, none of which is a dragon focal mythirian, thankfully.

I'm guessing he was away from the named at nuke distance waiting to shoot and steal the loot. I tried to send a tell after I checked the log but he was gone.

Now my question is, is it appealable? And the other thing that got me wondering was, maybe he wasn't from my realm. If so, is it still appealable?

Anyway, that Seyji leech is a bottom feeder and I'll make sure he's not there next time.

On the positive side, I woke up this morning to find that the Mythirian I got on the first kill sold for 18P! So Now I can continue temping...

If he was on a different realm, then I think it's a different story. I'd say its fair game. But if someone on your own realm does that, appeal them. I think its not likely that anything will happen but appeal anyways.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I find that quite dishonorable of them. Unfortunately with the Herald apparently gone I can't check their allegiance. I only suspect it was someone of my realm because they didn't attack me after my fight with the mob. I do have mixed feelings about those who do it if they're in a different realm, but given the challenge of the task....oh well, if this is how they have to earn their way, their lives are their punishment.
