Can you please encourage people to play a realm besides Albion? Its like every new player that starts the game they flock to Albion because of the title of the game. Its bad enough trying to fight off 100+ Alb Zergs with only 40 Mids on in Frontiers (thats including bots). We seriously need a realm population adjustment or something. Its like trying to fight a steamroller with your hands tied behind your back.

I must admit that when I started playing back in 03 it took me like a month to figure out you could play other realms. I thought enemy players in the bgs were just oddly coded mobs. When my guild leader was talking about mids and hibs, I had no idea what she meant lol.

No Eu prime time = hib+ alb zerg.

the hib zerg is mostly the biggest on eu prime and the albs can compete in numbers. Mid is always the smallest zerg, even on the special zergdays with Annamariede the midzerg ist most of the times less populated than the hibzerg nowadays. It was different in the past, i agree, but as with today even the Anna-zerg is smaller than the hibzerg.

You could always run more than 8 and just run down full groups and small mans. Oh wait...

It wouldn't be so bad if the mid zerg leaders knew what they were doing half the time. Instead of sitting in say Beno t4, while Albs are taking Bled CK lol

I kind of agree this is an issue, but not really a mythic one. Albion back in the day was the only realm with human only races, a lot of people flocked to it for that. Then mythic added the screwed in the face races to alb to try and push people away, but the damage was already done. The old helpful players are albion4life. The old elitest players are midguard. And the old "against all odds" players are hibernia. So the 3 realms have distinct populations of mature players for helping newbies. Albion is clearly the most friendly realm so people ALWAYS suggest newbs roll there.

I think if you want to get mids to have more new players it will require a SERIOUS player run effort to get all the knowledgeable players on mid to be willing to spend time just answer questions in /advice and grouping random newbs. The problem is mid really has this problem with running perfect groups. They are always underpop and if they DON'T run perfect groups they feel like they die too much. So I don't think it's really fixable without spending 6 months with the midguard realm dying all the time.

Also I agree, mid zerg leaders are retarded. They camp towers well the alb zerg take everything back, even though we KNOW they are in a tower. Then we come and just treb the tower down and their 45 minutes of waiting result in an open field battle anyway. /wtf
