Overall a good patch imo. I feel they are actually adressing things people have been concerned about for a long time...
So what are they doing with the old relic keeps?

Will spell piercing now increase duration of spells affected by enemy resists (such as stuns, resist debuffs etc)?
So much new stuff!
Havn't really been playing since before the ml10 stuff became a "thing" (again), so can't speak to how big an effect the cloak change will have on things. Won't make a difference to me

New BD spellls could be very useful in sieges and other situations where you've got chokepoints. They basically get another TWF from the looks of it.
About time Friar and VW finally got working haste buffs... and back snares to boot!
Paladins will have a million AF...

Dno why they increased end regen, don't really object though. Guess it makes using BM styles a bit more viable for classes without end reduction.
Can't speak to the toxic envenom changes as i havn't really experienced it myself
Mentas got speedwarp... "Unfair" maybe as they also get Warlord but i'm not really bothered.
Det for maulers might mean some people will actually play them and be viable... OR it might make no difference at all

AoE root for runemasters was kind of uncalled for, but a nice addition nontheless.
Secondary resists not increasing CC duration will make heavys happy
