That is insane. How the hell are they ever going to balance that class?!
Cooldowns on powerful abilities and weapon choice locking your skills?
I think in GW1 you also only had a limited amount of skill slots. Not sure if GW2 is going in the same direction.

Basically, instead of the game telling you "Target is not in range". You'll still do the ability regardless if it'll hit anything.

hahah, i still haven't had more fun that that in pve. and that's saying something for 14 hours of work for outdated gear..
