This thread is out of control. We are all dorks. I bet every poster in this thread has 30+ playing days(54 and counting here) That is an ENTIRE MONTH in less then a year.


We are not really these characters and we are not really defending/fighting for anything or talented. We are all huge dorks sitting in our boxers, waiting for the next downtime so we can get up from our shady computer chairs and get another can of soda.

Helfon, you are beyond just a dork if you just get up for a soda. At least I am the dork that gets up for a beer!

See above, only insert "KoS" and "They" where apropriate. And just as a point of public record, one or 2 times I've actually grouped with you RvR, or been on a raid/keep taking where you've tried to "asert your authority" have been absolute unqaulified disasters. I've had much better luck with pick-up groups of under leveled and inexperienced people. At least with them you can go "Here's how it's going to work, here's how you need to react, and what you need to do, deviate from this and we all die horrible embarasing deaths" and 99% of the time they pick up on it.

We have several very nice nice ladies in guild who like to rib me (and others) as hard as I rib them. They definately make things more pleasant for all folks in guild overall. I don't think Asha has ever applied to KoS, but if he did - I'd vote for him.

Most of us never considered HALO a valid option to start with. I personally got fed up listening to you spout utter nonsense in /as (aka the HALO channel). I think I'd go insane having to listen to you in /gu as well.

We try not to, honestly. But you pretty much ruin our whole "active avoidance" schtick when you rub our noses in your (censored) and tell us it's sunshine.

I take it has something to do with the fact that he never really left the guild (in game at least) just went to try something new on a diff server and was summarily deemed "unworthy" and unilaterally punnished by you. I could be wrong, but that's my take on things with my limited grasp of events.

Being removed is your choice, not their's. Ergo that leads to questions that never get answered satisfactorily, and inherent hostility. The people who left on their own accord pretty much agree that they hate your guts and the way you taint any accomplishment with your foul stench, even if you had no input, or participation.


aka the "Oh my! they actually did it without our help. We could have done it faster/better than them, but we chose not to because we weren't in charge. Next time they'll learn to follow our lead!" attitude that you have.


*Each and every member of HALO gets invitations daily from other guilds. If they wanna go join em, they go. Those who've left had their pick of guilds and we're happy for em. Everyone should be in a guild they're happy in. It's your game family, and people should be around people they are most like. Some guilds are small and tight, some big and tight, some crass and crude, etc. We don't force people to stay in the guild you know, so this is even more remarkable and eye opening.


*When I log in, I go play a twink or I run around playing my main. I have fun til I log and that's all there is to it. I don't talk to many people outside the guild, and when I do, it's to say hi and chat for a few secs.


If only this was 100% true, Hibernia would be a much happier and more effective realm.

Actually, you refused to go on the raids because it was clear you would have no leadership/input. Additionally, you mandated that NONE of your guild provide help or assistance in any way shape or form, upon penalty of your displeasure/removal from the guild. You did this with the hope/intention of forcing everyone else on the server to kowtow to your "divine guidance". It failed, we moved on.


We further tried to remove you from the process entirely by forming a new alliance sans HALO, and you promptly sabotaged that via lies, deceet, trickery, and taking advantage of some very nice and well respected people on the server who don't speak english well.

You keep flip flopping between "I" and "We" we obviously trying to imply the guild as a whole (or at least the oficers in general). The fact that you can't be consistent in this fact is in itself enlightening. And we notice the cult of personality going full circle in your sentance to. ("we" being the readers who have the inteligence to discern such things without having to be spoon fed)

99.995% percent of us get along great, or atleast can rationailze enough to work together when it counts. Now if only Sirene and 1 or 2 others would just Ebay or Quit - we'd all be happy.

We kill for the RP's, the fact that we save your ass reflects only upon the fact that you are probably the only living rezer in reasonable distance at the time. Given our druthers, we'd rather have you die and release so that don't have to put up with you incompetance for a while.

Where else can you find such incredible examples of naked insecurity and false ego. Read it again. It will make you laugh I guarantee. Then again, it may make you cry.

Sirene, I really don't care what you think lol. I don't care if you know me or not. I just think, in an objective view ofcourse, from reading what you have posted. That you are a manipulative, canniving(sp?), power hungry, angry little girl that talks WAY too much. The ghosts that haunt you aren't from people that want to be in HALO. They are from people that you personally have turned off to HALO despite how many decent people are in it. From what I read many people are aggrevated that you single handedly made them leave thier guild and thier friends. I must admit, that's quite impressive. If you care to read about my DH comments, you can go back and find them.


As to Moller...that is definatly ancient. But it's true...I wonder wasn't the same person I'm talking about one of those PPE? Though I admit I wasn't on the server when they were around so I completly forgot about them.

Lochib, here's the story for your personal amusement.


I was 2nd in Co of HALO. Had Admin access to the forums, and was responsible for around 50% of the guild. (The Retribution half)


After weeks upon weeks of dealing with Sirene's stupidity MANY of the hardcore members (who I might add were earning most of HALO's rps) said "screw this" and left. It was somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 people, about 60% old Ret, 40% old HALO.


I'm obviously greatly upset about this as I'd talked with every last one of them and the ONLY reason they left was because they were sick and tired of putting up with Sirene. They liked the people in the guild, but they could only put up with Sirene's bullshit for so long. Not only that but these people were my good friends.


Being responsible for these people I'm obviously very upset. The icing on the cake was when Ashaman left the guild. (Ashaman was an officer) Sirene posted on the forums saying he was "no big loss" and that she was in the process of "filtering out the bad people". People like Felirin! (Who now has 2 level 50's on Nimue I might add and is one of the coolest guys ever!)


I respond to this post, obviously upset saying that maybe all these people leaving the guild means there's something wrong with the guild. They were all leaving for the same reason after all.


Suddenly *poof* my admin access disappeared. Sirene knew I was upset and the way she figured I was gonna disguild. She was hoping I would disguild in fact because she knew the kind of shit that would hit the fan if she publicly disguilded me. I never did. I started playing on Nimue more as it was a hell of a lot more fun, playing with kickass people who really knew their shit. Not having to deal with Sirene was an extra bonus.


Couple weeks after I'd started playing on Nimue. *poof* My access from the HALO boards had been completely removed. It was a big joke really.


Now my account has expired and I'm pretty much through with DAOC. I keep in touch though with my good friends as we plan on playing the next game together. I found out about this thread through one of em in fact, was too funny not to post.
