So 1 line having an insta win button isn't enuff all 3 lines should have it as well.


The other 2 lines will never recieve any kind of attention as long as you can chain cast 4 air pets and collect your RP's every fight. If the pets tripped your immunity timmer then I'd see why Thruegs needed help.


The fix is simple don't spec into a gimp line or give up the IWIN pets in the air line.

again with the air pets, please read all of the following post regarding the so called chain stunning air pets, THEY DON'T DO IT. so stop lying about one stupid pet and see if anyone of you can come up with a valid, KEY WORD THERE, VALID post about why shouldn't get love.

um ... in the time 1 pet gets to your RM you could double bolt and dd the caster and interrupt all his casts and kill him and STILL use less power than it takes to cast 2 pets.

Kabold... your are missing the point. We are trying to get mythic to make the other two specs more appealing. I could care less that you were wtfpwned by a wind theurgist. And no .. one spec does not make up for them all. I do agree they should make some kind of timer on the stun effect of wind pets. Maybe like they can only stun once every 10 secs. I would be happy if they would just give earth spec gtaoe and/or a good spec DD, and give ice spec some sort of pbaoe. This thread is mostly about how gimped the earth and Ice spec are.

I cant think of one RvR situation where I wouldnt rather be playing my sorc than my ice/earth thurg.

I start casting my pets.

4 pets come out over a period of time you could have bolted me twice. But thats ok, you sit there and do nothing.

You look at the pets as they run at you.

You wonder "what are those, im too much a newb to know that I should run!"

They get to you.

"huh, they hurt me? what? maybe I should run. hmm.. but let me think about this."

"oh, it stunned me? THATS NOT FAIR WTF /NERF!"


ok i guess I did win. But dont say a wind theurgist has insta win, because a RM has insta win as well. How do I know this? I own, and play, a 50 RM on percival. I can find far more utility with my bolts then with pets. And I can kill 3-4x as fast with some bolts and nukes, and they cant run from them (also doesnt take all my mana like pets do). If your going to complain about IWIN buttons, lets talk about enchanters who can kill most classes in the game almost instantly with low mana consumption. Stun, debuff, pet and enchanter nuke nuke nuke im dead. Still faster then the time it took for my pets to get to him, he can run. If your right and they have an IWIN button, then i guess mellees have an IWIN button too if you stick around and let them hit you, and sheild slam you.

Mythic, could we have an official statement on the theurgist please ?

DONT forget that bolts have SHORTER range then theurgists pets so its really easy to not get bolted when you can send 1 pet run back wait till the pet stuns the rm and kill him so whats your point?

except that runie NEARSIGHT is 2300 range, outdistancing a 2000 range pet by 15%.
