I unfortuantely still have this problem. I am very sick of the same old movie everytime I log on. Maybe I should take the disk out! But it's always been in there! So like the mother bird kicks the baby bird out of the nest. I shall once and for all remove the Disk from the drive so I can finally be free of the silly little movie.

HERE'S HOW YOU SOLVE THIS!

Remove all but 4 megs of RAM from your computer.

Those movies need more than 4 megs of ram to run!

I have a 1-800 # you can call, they charge $40 every 2 minutes but they are pretty good, they'll have you reformat, and do a thourgh Scan disk and reinstallation of all your software, then refragment your whole drive..real nice guys, they will walk you thru everything...

of course you could just take the CD out.

I don't think the new computer idea would work. Since it would be new, you would have to install AC, thus putting the cd IN the drive, which is what we are trying to avoid.

Oh yea, it might work if you take the disk out after installation. =P
