You need to go into the File association menu and remove all occurences of .Mov and .Avi files.. then click on add/remove programs and remove Windows Mediaplayer and Quicktime from your machine, oh what the heck, might as well go into your display properties and change back to regular VGA drivers, that way even if it does play, it will look like hell.
I have heard however of an ancient Chinese Proverb that says" To Stoppa Movie, Remova CD" or something like that.. I think it was confusious..

Yep, I checked and after the January update removal of the CD will still enable you to skip the movie. No change in that.

You could unplug your monitor.......
Or you could unhook the data cable from your CD-Rom
Or you could take out the CD

Wow i never thought this would get this many post. Its going to break the record if it keeps going.
Selume do us a favor and TAKE THE DAMN DISK OUT!!!! maybe this thread will stop..lol

Well, add more Ram or reformat the hard drive would be my suggestion
