It is anybody guess as what Turbine did or is doing to help get Decal working for Throne of Destiny. My thought is that Turbine knows what buffers and procedures Decal directly connects to. Turbine then made sure that those same functions and buffers still exist in Throne of Destiny.

It would be ironic if Turbine broke decal for longer than they anticipated purely by accident.

Just a thump from someone still watching this thread in anticipation.
Although I dont play AC and probably wont play AC ToD, I am interested in decal and development of it for other reasons. Its a beautiful thing!

ACTool still works pretty good without DECAL....just not as good as it does with it.
