Any programs coming out that can filter "bad" words? |
I need one for my kid, i can not watch him 24/7 and some people like to swear alot 
I use to have one along time ago (forget name), not sure how hard it is to make. But i would love if one was made or added to a program.

ps he is level 87 and 12 years old  started toon with ToD |

What would you want it to do?
!(*@&^$(* the word, remove it completely, or just kill the sentance becuase it probably littered with "sentance enhancers" ?
To make it truely effetive, it would have to be used "as is" becuase you would not want the child to change configurations.

The old one was called Bar of Soap and it was great.
Don't know who wrote it or if it is being updated but it would be very useful with CG as nasty as it has been.

Well i play on DT and don't know what it did or i could create on pretty easy.
If anyone could explain it i might do it.
Removing the entire messsage = easy
editing the message= alot more work.

You can use VCS to easily remove entire sentences when they contain a bad word. You will have to edit the .ini file and put in the bad words you don't want to see.
Better yet, don't let your kids play AC. I have never allowed mine to play.

i think old one just put ####### where the words would be,
and i like my kid plaing, we both like it, we can talk about it and 12 is not super young.

At 12 unless you've greatly sheltered him, he can probably deal with just about everything said in AC.

I dont want my kid at 12 reading bad language over and over all day. Turbine has completely failed in so many ways, this being one of them.
