Works!
After I got the 3 files and utility from this thread and decal home (right click save target as; thats how I got past the error I was getting there and on the links here in this thread)
Then I would get this error about .net Framework out of date (Thanks Jimi)

1. download the utility to your desktop or where ever to disk
2. load decal like you normally do but do not click update
3. open the utility and run it decal is now loaded
4. Proceed to AC and play with you current favorite utilities.

For dummies like me.
1. download the utility to your desktop or where ever to disk
2. load decal like you normally do but
3. open the utility and run it decal is now loaded
4. Proceed to AC and play with you current favorite utilities.

Did all of the above. When I try running ac, the client crashes. When I try to update decal now it says, "Download failed, Interface not registered" I click ok, it says, "Could not obtain updatelist.xml blah blah blah, then asks if host server down?
Can I manually download the updatelist.xml somewhere? :tard:
