Little more resource intensive than IRC, but you could always VPN into your home system and control it directly?

No, lol. I Use the IRC functions to have the MP/trade bot "Respond" to certain things.
For instance... If I am hunting for a specific "Trophy" item (Tusker Spit) I can leave it on the bot, which is on 95% of the time, and can have it "tell" a specific Allegiance member to come pick it up @ the bot. Or, when someone levels it will automatically congratulate them, or say hi to them when they log on. ect. ect.
That is literally the only thing I was using the IRC functions of LT for.

Ah, that's right. Those won't be effected by the auth server.
You can't actually do anything in AC with LT without being auth'd, so I suppose that's OK.

Well, see.. that situation there would imply your buddy is unattended and is kinda going against our wishes in using the plugin. If he was there, he could tell you how much burden he has and how many tapers he needs.
The whole report thing though, Para accidentally killed in the initial release. If you clear your temp files and redownload from the same link on our site, that was fixed along with a few other tid bit things.
C
I understand your point about having the "i can hold x tapers before being burdened" if there is IRC...but personally when i buy tapers i end up buying 1000, than maybe another 1000, than 100 at a time, because i have no FREAKING CLUE how many i can hold...i dont sit there and do the math, and frankly i don't want to....
since we can report our comp status, and since IRC commands are gone, the only way to report it is if i click the button, it would be nice if it reported comp sand also sayd i can hold X number of tapers, i have my patron run to get me tapers, or me to get him tapers when we are in a dungeon and hunting.... i ACM with LT because frankly i dont like pressing 1 1 1 3 1 1 4 5 1 1 1 1 3 1 1 1 3 1 1 4 5 over and over...it hurts after awhile....
so if its possible could you add the amount of tapers i could hold to my comp report....it has other usess, if theres buff bots and they add the code to castaway etc....(well bots don't really matter if they are burdened but...still) i would love it to tell me how many tapers i need to be full and underburdened given my current burden status

LifeTankXI 11.7.0.2 Released! (REQUIRED UPDATE!) |

Hi there,
I am having a problem that no-one else seems to have, or at least did not notice any reference to it on the boards. I cannot authenticate and I receive a message of such. Consequently I may not run Lifetank. This started a few days ago (assuming with the new release). I upgraded to 11.7.0.2, but my problem continues. I am oversees but I am running an english version of the operation system (win XP). This is first and only time I have an issue. I logged in under a couple of different accounts to no avail.
Any recommendations?

Hi guys,
Thanks for the new update...
I've started (as of a few days ago) having authentication problems with Lifetank. I get a message that I have not been authenticated and try again using the /lt server 1,2,3 command. I've tried that, but no luck. I am oversees and using windows XP with english /US operating system setup.
I've upgraded to 11.7.0.2 but to no avail.
Can someone give me any suggestions?
ps. No authentication=no lifetank running...

Why do you guys still have the admin alarm sound file, if you have no admin alarm at all now?

You know, I removed it from my version long ago because it's a stupidly large WAV file and (from experience) it's annoying to download large files over dialup, especially now that it's a dead file.
I'll have to remind him for the next release It'll free up atleast 1 to 1.5meg in the installer file.

It was an oversight on my part, thanks for letting me know.

"What cracks me up the most, was the whole pretense of what Lifetank 1 and 2 were made under before they became lifetank X.
If you didn't have UCM/ACM, you wouldn't have had Lifetank. Claim to fame all you want, fact is... everyone has seen the code only get updated. Not overhauled. Not to mention 3+ different main dev's on the project.
So when you bish about UCM/ACM remember where the roots of this program sprung from. (Doof)." Lil-Blub
What cracks me up the most, was the whole pretence of what Coca-cola was made under before it became "Original Coke"
If you didn't have cocaine, you wouldn't have had Coca(ine) Cola. Claim to fame all you want, fact is... everyone has seen the recipe only get updated. Not overhauled. Not to mention the 3+ different main recipies for the concoction. ( Coke, cocainless-Coke, new coke, and "original" coke. )
Oh, wait, times change, people change, "products" grow and EVOLVE.
Now what I want to know is, if people don't play AC at all, why do they even bother to "bish" about it?
