Sorry Para, I re-installed 11.9.8 shortly after attempting to get 11.9.9 to work.
I am back now to check on status of any links to manually replacing the spells. I know that is time consuming and perhaps not the most efficient way to handle it, but I am weary of casting 8's manually lol.
Thanks for all the help from the utility devs, past/present/future.

Well, I uninstalled 11.9.8 again, did regscrub and removed all instances of Lifetank, then installed 11.9.9 and the new spell zip. The spells are in spell folder as promised, but now it hangs upon character entering the world for approx 1 minute, then after portal space I stay bubbles alternating between rd/yellow link then lose connect to server. 
Back to 11.9.8 for now.
Any resolution to the above? I am stuck with 11.9.8 too because 11.9.9 hangs on logging in. I would like to have to ability to detect epics as well as buff level 8s.

It's picking up epics for me, although I see no setting in the loot profiles it is looting them.

Someone please help. I am having issues casting lvl 8 with 4 spells and weapon/wand buffs with Lifetank X 11.9.0.9. The spells are run, Regeneration of Health, mana, and Stamina spells and all wand/weapon buffs. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I have uninstalled LT several times including delete file from program folder and documents. Still same problem. Please help

Hey I am having the exact same problems with the regen spells and the new wands spells would appreciate an answer also.
