I updated...no luck, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the new beta, no luck.

I'd appreciate any help. Every box has a black check except for the version 1 plugin surrogate box which has the red x. Decal updates fine but it just won't appear IG.

Chances are it is one of the decal plugins causing it. Try disabling all plugins including the three extra filters (darkside filter, portalmagic filter, and acdc core) to see if decal will load on its own without those. If it loads correctly then enable them back one at a time until you find the problem plugin.

Para is one of the developers for the beta decal you are running. If he is asking for this he is trying to see if it could be anything wrong with the beta decal.
