Decal version really won't matter for Portal bot.


I will look at the code and let you know.

Double check and let me know where things are different/missing.

1. It should be putting wand up first. You should see 'Have Work. ' until it achieves this.
2. You should then see 'brb. Requested portal is on..'
3. You should then see 'Exiting and Switching to ...'

How do i issue the pb to summon a portal i do Whereto in chat that works, but in open chat i say Colo i setup colo as the tie name, shouldnt it summon that portal?

do a /pb list and see if all the toons portals are listed. Assuming you set up for more then one toon to summon.

Uppercase the Tie name in PortalData.txt for now and see if that works.


Next version out should fix this.

Seems in my dazed state I started to make tie name case insensitive but
missed a spot.

Alright requesting a portal works, but when there is a portal on a different char and it needs to log off and relog on to the next character, it says requesting char on char name, logging off brb.. but doesn't log off, when I goto log off and login the char manually it will summon the portal. Not sure if that meens I need to get AC Companion to work with it to have it work. If so how do I setup the server to use it?..

I have setup AC Companion to use the Asherons.FDB file and that runs.. but I still have a problem when it says brb.. requesting blah character to summon portal. It never logs out, it just goes into cast mode and waits. It should of logged out automatically and log back in with the character it specifys but doesn't.


Ahh I found the problem, there was a space in the char slot spot that wouldn't let it log out.

Everything works, only downside I am experiencing is that when low on mana, it doesn't cast any stam to mana renewal spells, or use items to boost up mana, then after 4-5 tries it just gives up, It should say like out of mana try again in a few mins atleast. Or beable to use items to boost mana, or heal mana.


Maybe have it say, will recast after mana is 50 or greater, will recast portal in blah secs.. or something like that. To recast the portal after alil while while mana renews.


Also after about 2-3 mins of being idle it logs out the char to login to the first slot char.. but when it logs out it usually quits the game, used ac quick launcher and when I select char 1 to sign in it usually selects the current char that was last logged in to login again, when I hit select a char to use from quick launcher.

Since the portal bot uses magic and will need to recovery the mana.
Look under the Chef tab and set the below and until settings
for mana and stamina. also change the methods to magic.


Logging out after 2 or 3 minutes is strange behavior.
Uncheck the heartbeat and see if that helps.


You should uncheck Crash recovery if your wanting to use ACQ to launch for
non bot activities.

It is not essential to have ACCompanion running or even installed for portal bot
feature to work in Tings. Having it run on portal bot won't hurt either.
