So it goes like this, shoot arrow, retarget, shoot arrow, retarget, shoot arrow.

So your saying you don't have to retarget/attack on your swordie after healing? I can see a mage being fine with healing with spells (no targeting needed for heal self), but the melee's healing with kits have to target themselves thus breaking the mob target. At least to my understanding...

Or do you mean you only have to retarget/attack once on the swordie after healing and it auto repeat attacks after that until you heal again?

If that's the case, the game has built-in Target-Lock and Auto-Repeat attack settings. If you don't see them on your combat bar due to view settings, look on your char options panel when you hit the "F11" key.

Has nothing to actually do with the healing at all. I shoot an arrow, lose the target, only if the macro is running. I only run the macro to heal when needed.

So without the macro running, I hit attack and the arrows go one after the other because I have repeat attack on. With the macro running, one arrow shoots and then I have to use my mouse/= key to retarget and then shoot again, rinse repeat.

Oh, weird. Ok, i will turn only VTank Combat off on my archer later tonight and try running the macro while i kill something manually. See if it's just you or not.

While you wait, make sure Move With Mouse is OFF, even if you never turned it on before:

It has caused me some odd pause/stop behaivor with NAV in VTank, maybe it's doing something weird here too? But it's a long shot, (hehe, pardon the pun)

I think Virindi ditched us to go on vacation to some exotic land, probably not Canada to stalk me but then again you never know!

Gonna go check my treehouse (if I had one).

+1 to V for all of the amazing work!

I tried turning off Integrator 2... still no maps =(. I hope there's a solution as the maps are something i find incredibly useful.

ok, i just logged in and tested. i get same single shot behavior with my bow toon, and my xbow toon. But my sword toon auto repeat attacks just fine. So something with archers i guess, they seem to keep selecting themselves after fireing a shot. And this only occurs if the vtank macro is running without combat enabled. This is with both Auto Repeat, and Auto Target enabled in the AC Combat Bar.

I turned off tons of other stuff in vtank to test, (nav, loot, buff, manacharges, auto attack power...), nothing made a difference.

I am glad I am not the only one. I thought I was missing something super easy. Thank you for testing.

np, Now that I'm thinking about it, I actually noticed this behaivor a long time ago, many months... But it was a very minor issue for me as I was only trying to use the archer to lure a mob to me. Once they got wihtin range i let VTank take over combat. I too thought I was just doing something wrong or had something set wrong in that toon's profile, cause I switched to using my mage to lure and everything worked fine.
