I like the PS3 controller better than the PC keyboard
Do I lose/gain anything by playing it on the PS?
still pricey though... 60 bucks

yes you lose stuff....you lose access to the 3rd party mods that make the game better...better graphics...smoother game play....the creation kit to make the mods
and do you realize there are ps3 type controllers that you can buy for PCs?

Get an XBox 360 wired controller and play it on your PC.
1. Unless they've fixed it, the PS version has a game breaking memory leak bug that kills the game after 50-60 hours.
2. Mods
3. Xbox controller has built in drivers with Windows Vista/7 and works flawlessly with PC

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET SKYRIM FOR THE PS3\
1) Terrible game bug where once your game file reaches 5mb the frame rate slowly drops as it gets higher until it actually gets to 0 FPS.
Non-fixable as per Bethesda. So NO do not get Skyrim for the PS3. I made that mistake and had to rebuy it for the PC because i couldnt do anything.
2) Game freezes on loading screens and when you restart the PS3 it corrupts a random save file.
