yeah i know it's broken. i saw his tweet about that earlier before i saw why it was getting slammed.  i can't even begin to imagine how many hits they're getting to break servers that are designed to handle millions of hits a day already.
Reddit, 4chan and Twitter.
The combined power of those three places slamming your site would bring down about anybody hehe

Speaking from a customer service reps point of view, I will say that many customers are NOT as polite as the original person sending the email.
