So... the guy's life is basically done.
He's hit #1 on Reddit, front page of almost all the game blog, Forbes has an article out on him, Geico has tweeted jokes about his emails, and social media search engines are clocking in over 10,000 mentions of him in the past 5 hours. Even the guy in the original email (Dave) has asked people to back off... yea... not happening.
Did I mention the douche is the President of an small internet marketing consulting company?
He honestly deserves it. That is AWFUL customer service and any service based company should fail if they cannot provide any decent level of CS.
Edit: If I ever spoke to a customer like that, I'd be fired. Plain and simple.
