I have a few that have already been mentioned, but I also have the following:
Juggling
Stunt kite flying
An advantage to those is they are both free once you make the initial investment in some good equipment. (assuming you don't crash your kites hard and need to replace spars or shred up your line)
I've also started making my own stunt kites..so far I've only started to make one from a template, but I want to make a couple more and then start designing my own after I get a better handle on the process.

Shooting(regular target and also sporting clays)
Equestrian activities (I play polo and go hacking)
Settlers of Catan
I'd like to start hunting, but I don't think I'll have the time to take that up for quite some time.
Oh, I also play squash -although I am in need of a new racket before I can play again.

Camping
Hiking
Drawing (I haven't done more than a few sketches/doodles in a long time, though)
Reading
Writing
Flyfishing (wish I had more time for this one)
Rock climbing (see previous statement)
I guess you could call weightlifting a hobby
Drinking
I tried bonsai gardening for a bit but that didn't work too well.
I wish I had more spare money and a garage to mod my car, but right now we're saving for a house  Want to have a hefty downpayment first.
