Early, especially when I have to drive somewhere. For telecons and minor meetings it's usually just a minute or two early. For major in-person meetings I'll show up anywhere from 10-30 min early, depending on what's going on.

Over 90% of my meetings are conference calls so I arrive to the call about 5 minutes early. If I am invited to a conference room, I'll arrive 10-15 minutes early.

I'm typically a couple minutes early because I tend to allow a little time for anything to go wrong getting where I'm going.
However, I find almost everyone else I know runs late to everything, meaning that I typically get to things before ANYONE else I know is there.

I used to be late for everything, 4 years with Wolfz and his military habits and now if im not 15 minutes early, im late.
