I am always early (maybe by a minute or so) to everything especially at work. I detest tardiness, if people are late to my meetings they are not welcome to join, shows lack of respect for my time.
For personal stuff I generally try to show up at least on time if not early.
Back when I was a dumbass college student I was late for everything. Learned some very hard lessons there when I got to the real world about how stupid I was.

I'm always on time, or a couple minutes early. Easy to do when you never go anywhere.

Depends on what I'm going to. Work I try to be 10-15 minutes early. Meeting up with friends at a specific time, I'll be early. Buddy asks if I want to go over for beer, I'll get there when I get there.

Usually on time or 5 minutes early depending on circumstances. If they wanted me to be 15 minutes early they would have just put the time 15 minutes earlier.
