Alabama humbles LSU with a resounding 21-0 win
Pretty much says it all right there...I don't know what all the hype was, but I'm glad I didn't have any bets going for an LSU win or a spread. What a disappointment for a BCS title game - it's as if LSU didn't even try.

you know I cant even congratulate them.
team didnt even win its own division much less its own conference and they get a second chance to play for the national championship.
what a farce the bcs is.

Grumble grumble BCS grumble grumble. I guess OSU would have beat either Bama or LSU because they have that high powered offense right?

they didn't even have a chance because the AP and coaches poll still boils down to popularity contest.
so we will never know.
BCS computers had OSU ranked ahead of the Tide but again OSU is just an A&M university from Oklahoma that no one has heard about since the 80's, when Barry Sanders and Thurman Thomas roamed the field.

Its not so much about popularity as it is about money, the SEC coaches all voted Bama 2 and OSU 3 or 4 or worse because it gives them more money.
It is a complete joke thought that Bama is considered the BCS champ especailly since really no one else considers them the champion of anything.
