Delivery is for the lazy. We always pick up because we like to eat our food hot. We tip the counter help after we check the order...

I tipped a pizza dude $8 before. This was in portland, order came to $32 and change and i gave the guy $40 and said 'keep the change'.
The guy was suprised and started asking me if i wanted red peppers and parmesan cheese. He gave me handfulls of the stuff and left all happy.
I wipe my ass with $8 bills, but if it will shock a pizza man, i think i'll give $8 tips more often. Just to get it ou there that this house tips big so treat him like a king. 
Combat gets the point of tipping.

I tipped some girl 9 bucks at chili's for a 15 dollar meal because she was so awesome at service.

When I have cash, I'll drop $5 in the tip jar at my favorite sandwich shop. I figure it helps make up for all of the times I use a card and don't tip.
