I'm both female and Canadian, and I would never order mixer then booze...

As long as they are tipping, or have nice tits, I couldn't care less what order they use for the ingredients. Oh, and if you order a drink and don't know what is in it....I'll make whatever I want and tell you, "That's how we make them here".
