Masculine drinks = Alcohol then mixer
"Jack and coke, rum and sprite, etc..."
Feminine drinks = Mixer then alcohol
"Cranberry vodka, Redbull and vodka, etc..."

Ive NEVER heard mixer first, even if its chicks ordering it.
Rum & Coke, Vodka Cran, Vodka Redbull, etc.

In reality, I think it's like any other ingredient list. You either list it in order of when it's added to the cocktail or by volume added.
In the olden days, people didn't used to make a mixed drink with 1 part alcohol to 6 parts mixer, it used to be the other way around.
That might explain why drinks that only have a splash of something like Bailey's have their non alcoholic portion listed first.
