Only if they bring your drinks and possible other condiments or utensils, then for some reason I feel compelled to but it is only usually a buck. The place you described, no.

They bring your drinks, condiments and utensils, except not hot sauce. They have a huge hot sauce bar where you go pick and choose what you want.

Ok so here's the $20 I used to pay for it. It was a delivery girl, very nice, so I gave her the $5. It didn't lead to any action though, she just took the money and left
