There is no comparison. Jordan hometown hero lead his team to 6 championships.
Lebron hometown traitor with 0 championships who had to run to South Beach to team up with two other all stars and can't even lead his team to the best regular season record.

There will always be comparisons between the greats of yesterday and the best players of today. All you are doing is stating facts that have nothing to do with his basketball skills.
Jordan had stars on his team too. Rodman and Pippen come to mind, both are in the Hall of Fame.

Jordan toughed it out through the difficult years and didn't run away like Lebron.

More facts that have nothing to do with basketball skills. That's why you can't see the style in Lebron's dunk. Your hate for someone people dared to compare to Jordan is clouding your vision.

Well stop comparing him to Jordan then, there is zero comparison to be made. Yeah Lebron is physically very talented but it doesn't matter when he lacks even 25% of Jordans mental edge.
The NBA player who can most closely be compared to Jordan is Kobe, not Lebron.

I don't understand how Jordan is a home town hero.
He was born in New York.. and went to school in NC.
explain what you mean by home town hero, because it's obviously different from mine.

He was drafted by the Chicago Bulls and stayed with them through the entire 80's period where he was surrounded by poor players and got his ass whupped time and time again in the playoffs by the Pistons. He was severely underpaid for most of his career, but he never left the Bulls, and eventually led them to 6 championships.
Home town hero. He's got his own statue outside the United Center, didn't you know?

yea.. not a home town hero imo.
Rose is a home town hero edit: has potential to be one
LeBron was at Cleveland. edit: had potential to be one, left though. Because that franchise is a disgrace.
I don't consider Kobe one, who has done roughly the same thing as Jordan.
