that looks like the williamsburg bridge, she could be taking photo from those new buildings in williamsburg since there isn't that many tall buildings unless new. which her seems like. there is tall buildings around north 7 and next to the water.

that unit is upstairs. normal size 4 bedrooms with closet and windows  (nyc people call windowless rooms bedrooms lol), 2 small bathrooms, small kitchen/living room.
for old tenants I know i'm renting it out as 2700 for new folks its 2800.
down stairs same layout i rented out to former tenants for 2500. I just wanted someone to come in first. now I got one unit out, i'm slowly looking to rent out upstairs. former tenant wanted it when i first started to reno . they got a good deal.
