That article is pretty interesting. I'll have to give that a try. I'm not queasy anymore but this pregnancy has given me a hyper gag reflex. Coughing will do it, and so will brushing my teeth. That's actually the worst because for some reason rinsing my mouth makes me gag so bad that I have to throw up...and then I have to brush my teeth all over again. Bah! I'll definitely be trying this little trick tonight while I brush.

I havent "never been to the dentist", though. When i have to go, i go. I just hate it, especially when you get an unsympathetic one who seems to think that you're just "being a baby" about it (i got the last laugh on one of those, when i told him i had a gag reflex/ things in my mouth problem, he told me to grow up and get over it and about 10 minutes later i ralphed all over him because he wouldnt take his fingers out of my mouth. He struck me off his patient list for that ). I take exceptional care of my teeth because of my hatred of the dentist.
