Schedule a meeting with him S_C at a very inconvenient time while you are oncall and then call 15 mins late and say you got an oncall call and can not make it.

Yeah I know what on-call means, I just didn't know people got paid for sitting around waiting for the phone to ring, although that would make sense as well, since technically you can't do a hell of a lot more than do just that, wait around.
