Ty for the clarification. I am curious as why you would suffer with a defect when you had the insurance. The problem is a non issue for me as I would have returned the replacement when it started failing.

I got the Galaxy nexus, had it since its release, and I love it. best phone ive ever had. Motorolla sucks, same with htc
