Probably because he was the prime suspect in one murder, and just murdered 2 children?
If an attorney is representing you as a defendant, you can confess the murder to them and they have to keep their trap shut about it.
I'm guessing that since this particular email was unrelated to his wife's murder (and/or because his client is now dead) he could release it.
is this true?
I know if you tell a councilor that you are going to kill someone, they HAVE to tell the authorities
not sure why it would be different for lawyers
